Dr. Nadia Islam

Research Fellow

Dr. Islam's research examines the architecture of public discourse, misinformation ecosystems, and the conditions for civic intelligence in democratic societies. She previously worked with UNESCO's Media and Information Literacy programme and holds a PhD from Oxford.

Rafiq Ahmed

Senior Analyst

Ahmed brings deep expertise in industrial policy, trade economics, and investment climate reform. A former economic advisor to the Ministry of Commerce, he has led research initiatives on Bangladesh's post-LDC transition strategy and South Asian regional integration.

Tasneem Karim

Policy Fellow

Karim focuses on AI governance frameworks, national technology strategy, and digital regulation in emerging economies. She has advised multilateral bodies on responsible AI deployment and holds an MSc in Science and Technology Policy from the University of Sussex.

Sumaiya Chowdhury

Research Fellow

Chowdhury specialises in mega-infrastructure feasibility, smart city development, and sustainable urban planning with a focus on Dhaka and coastal Bangladesh. She holds a master's degree in Urban Planning from the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Arif Rahman

Research Fellow

Dr. Rahman researches South Asian geopolitics, Indo-Pacific strategy, and Bangladesh's foreign policy positioning. A former diplomat, he holds a PhD in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University and has authored two books on regional security dynamics.
